We take pride in offering exceptional service and we make every effort to ship your order promptly. Please expect your order to be mailed within 48 hours, although it could be longer at certain times - never more than 14 days.

Delivery
Goods sent by our standard service are normally despatched from our central warehouse within 48 hours of our processing your order.
Standard Service
For goods delivered in the United Kingdom, this service costs just £2.95 for 1-2 items, £3.50 for 3-5 items, and £5.95 for 6 items or more.
Europe
For goods delivered in Europe, this service costs just £3.95 for 1-2 items, £5.95 for 3-4 items, £6.95 for 5 items, and £7.95 for 6 items or more.
Rest of the World
For goods delivered in the USA and other countries outside Europe, this service costs just £5.95 for 1-2 items, £6.95 for 3-4 items, £7.95 for 5 items, and £9.95 for 6 items or more.

Prices
Prices are in UK pounds sterling, and are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%. Prices on this website are effective until 30th June 2007. We reserve the right to alter prices in case of a VAT rate change or international price change.

Payment
Your credit/ debit card will be charged only when your order is dispatched.

Guarantee
If any product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us in resaleable condition (unused and in original packaging) within 14 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
